Sales Co-ordinator

Experience:- 3+ Years

Working Days:- Monday to Saturday

Location:- Noida

Key Skills & Competencies:-

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Engage with the current customer base for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Follow the sales process from order processing to closing.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and emerging opportunities.

Accounts Executive

Work Mode:- Work From Home

Shift Timing:-Night Shift (As per Indian Standard Time – supporting Canada-based operations)

Location:- Remote (Canada-Based Work)

Key Skills & Competencies:-

  • Maintain all records such as vouchers, receipts, bills, and payments.
  • Bank reconciliation and payment collection.
  • Monthly GST working and compliance.
  • Reconciliation of sundry debtors and creditors.
  • Payment follow-ups through telephonic communication and emails.
  • Preparation and sending of quotations and purchase orders.
  • Maintain sales and purchase registers and ensure proper entry in accounting software.
  • Handle banking activities such as cheque issuance, cash deposits, NEFT, and RTGS transactions.
  • Handle sales tax and income tax-related work including C Form, H Form, and statutory form issuance.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Prepare salary statements, PF accounts, worker salaries, and daily wages.
  • Finalization of accounts including balance sheet, trial balance, consumption charts, fixed assets, debtor control accounts, buffer accounts, and scrutiny of depreciation.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP 9.
