- Maintain all records such as vouchers, receipts, bills, and payments.
- Bank reconciliation and payment collection.
- Monthly GST working and compliance.
- Reconciliation of sundry debtors and creditors.
- Payment follow-ups through telephonic communication and emails.
- Preparation and sending of quotations and purchase orders.
- Maintain sales and purchase registers and ensure proper entry in accounting software.
- Handle banking activities such as cheque issuance, cash deposits, NEFT, and RTGS transactions.
- Handle sales tax and income tax-related work including C Form, H Form, and statutory form issuance.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare salary statements, PF accounts, worker salaries, and daily wages.
- Finalization of accounts including balance sheet, trial balance, consumption charts, fixed assets, debtor control accounts, buffer accounts, and scrutiny of depreciation.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9.
